Duncans Model Trains Loyalty Rewards Program lets you earn points toward future purchases.

Duncans Model Trains  is happy to offer a Loyalty Rewards program in appreciation for your repeat business with us. It's easy to use with no obligations.  When you sign up for an account with us, you automatically become a Loyalty Rewards member, if you already have an account with us you can earn points automatically on your next order.

• Receive 3 point for every pound (after discounts, promotions, taxes, shipping) you spend. Also receive 100 points when you refer a friend and they do their first order.
• Every point is worth a penny. So, if you have 100 points then you can claim £1 off your order.
• Equivalent points of returned items will be subtracted from account.

How to Track Your Points

• Log in to your account.
• View points totals, points spent and more..

Limitations

• Rewards points are non-transferable.
• Rewards points are not redeemable for cash or credit.
• Abuses of the rewards program may result in suspension or termination of membership and/or loss of points.

How do I view my accumulated points?  

To view your current point balance, click on the "Account" link at the top of the screen. Log into your account. You will see your points balance on your account screen.  

 

Do I have to become a Registered User to take advantage of the Loyalty Rewards Program?  

Yes. We understand that some customers are very private and do not like to share their information.  You can be assured that we will NEVER share any information with a third party.

 

 If I returned an item. Will points be deducted from my account?  

Yes. The points earned for the purchase of an item are deducted if the product is returned.  

 

 

Are Loyalty Reward Points refundable?  

Once used, spent or applied to an order, Loyalty Reward Points will not be credited back to a user's account.

 

How do I redeem points I've earned?  

 

When you go to your basket, or the checkout screen, the amount of points you have available will be displayed. All you need to do is click 'Apply point' and your maximum discount will then be applied.

 

Can I use my points right away?  

All points are credited to your account once your order has been placed, these are then available to spend straight away.

 

How do i refer a friend ?  

Go to your account area and click on the link 'Referred Friends' Here you can add your friends name and email address. Once they place an order using that email address your account will be credited with 100 points.
